The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was nice and friendly and available 24/7. The services are fast. The food could be a bit better but rather than that it was a great stay.

The whole room was dirty, bedsheets, bathroom! and to take bath in the morning, i had to use the bathroom of the other room. Overall, the room was very dirty.

The washroom tiles were broken. Dirty water was leaking from the washbasin. There were 2 unclean towels for 5 people. The bed spread was also not clean. Very bad experience.
